Thank you for joining us for our virtual Christmas sensory play session, hosted by Ellie at Crafty Tales!
It’s time to watch the session and join Ellie with your little one for some of her favourite songs and activities and lots of sensory fun! All the activities can be adapted depending on your child’s level of vision and/or sensory needs. And because the session has been pre-recorded, you can pause when you need. Go at your own pace and enjoy the session your way!
If you have a VICTA Early Years Sensory Pack, you’ll want to get your egg shaker, space blanket and light-up toy ready. Don’t worry if you don’t have one yet, you can request one via the form below and Ellie has lots of suggestions for alternative items you can use to take part.
Watch and join in the fun to receive a free My Little Morphée music device
Let us know that you have taken part by posting your comments and photos to share with other families who are also joining in; then complete the entry form, and we will send you your gift (please note, this is on a first come first served basis, while stocks are available).
Thanks to the British Wireless for the Blind Fund (BWBF), we we are delighted to be able to offer 30 My Little Morphée devices to the first 30 families who take part in the session via the form at the bottom of this page.

The session with Ellie was very interactive. Henry enjoyed most parts. Thank you
Thanks to you and Henry for taking part! Emily 🙂
Problems accessing the video on this blog but managed to find it by searching for “ VICTA Christmas Sensory Play Session with Crafty Tales!” on YouTube. A wonderful sensory session, my little boy particularly loved BooBoo and we’ll be playing it again with his big brother and sister when they’re home over the weekend. I particularly liked the explanations as it helped me understand better how to adapt the sensory play to cater for my little one’s visual impairment (although occasionally the text disappeared under the background). Thank you VICTA!
Sorry for the problems joining to start with! We’ve updated the video now and there’s a new link to the new version so hopefully no more overlapping! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. You can watch the newer version here: https://youtu.be/4ScYkh37DtE
Thanks!

Really good ideas to use with the pack! Joseph really enjoyed using his space blanket and the wheels on the bus song with the Christmas twist it’s really allowed him to take part with Christmas stuff. It also didn’t take that long and we done it while waiting on lunch!
A lovely activity for lunchtime! The space blanket is so versatile! Glad you enjoyed it, Emily 🙂

Lydia enjoyed the session. She particularly liked the wheels on the bus as it is a familiar song. She also enjoyed the puppet game. Thank you for running the session. Lydia loves the things in her sensory bag and we use it often.
