Why use a Warmies® teddy with your vision impaired child?

Tips for using at bedtime
- Use as part of the bedtime routine to develop a sleep association with the scent of lavender.
- If you are experiencing issues with settling your child, try and save this toy for use only at bedtime. It will be a good way for your child to develop it as an indicator for sleep time.
- Heat therapy really is a perfect way to reduce stress and anxieties and boost relaxation in our everyday lives. Heat application allows our muscles to relax and is proven to boost our mood – as indicated by cortisol levels in the blood.
