VICTA is pleased to deliver this workshop in partnership with The Project Box. The session explores different routes into employment, beginning at school and work experience placements, through to early adult life. Its designed for parents who are starting to think about how best to support their visually impaired child with their routes into employment. Teenagers aged 14+ are also welcome to join the session with their parents, to gather employment tips for themselves.

Meet our presenters
Natasha Collett launched her career in 2000 as an HR graduate at Arthur Andersen, a Big Five accountancy firm. She quickly carved out a niche in graduate recruitment at Mercer and later led European graduate hiring for Barclays Capital (now Barclays Investment Bank). Eager to broaden her horizons, Natasha built and led the Graduate and Diversity Solutions teams at Stafford Long & Partners, where she delivered award-winning campaigns for clients like IBM, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, AstraZeneca, and the Bank of England. In 2011, she founded The Project Box (UK) Ltd to bring her expertise directly to clients with a fresh, independent approach.
Annabel Newell is a powerhouse career coach with over 30 years of experience, specialising in the Early Talent space. From leading early careers recruitment at Tesco, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Forvis Mazars, to guiding young people through pivotal career decisions, Annabel’s mission has always been to help individuals unlock their potential. Her personalised coaching style and deep market insight have helped countless future professionals craft their path, boost their confidence, and land meaningful roles.
