Virtual Parent Wellbeing Retreat

Date: 20 March 2021
Where: Online
Who: Parents/carers of a child or young person with a vision impairment

The VICTA Parent Portal invites you to the first Virtual Parent Wellbeing Retreat. Join us on Saturday 20 March, the first day of Spring; the perfect time of  year to have a de-clutter of not only your home, but also your headspace.  It is time to take some long deep breaths, regroup and focus on how to make you and your children the happiest versions of yourselves.

The wellbeing retreat will bring you a festival of presentations, demonstrations and workshops, all with a focus on mental health for both parents and children alike. There will be three virtual tents to explore: Professionals, Holistic and Early Years. Each area of the virtual retreat will house a wealth of information from a huge list of professionals, all sharing the same aim – to help you focus on your inner wellbeing.

With everything from the practical to the therapeutic, it’s a celebratory gathering of practitioners who work within the field, to help you to take a step back, relax, reflect, and begin to think and feel with positivity.
