VICTA Trustee Gurvinder Kaur, a solicitor specialising in SEN Law, will be delivering parent information sessions on Educational Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) at the end of October. This is a rare opportunity to have your questions answered by a legal professional in this field.
Gurvinder will not be able to answer questions relating to personal cases, however she will be able to tackle broader, general topics, based on the questions you submit on the application form. There will be two virtual sessions to choose from: one for parents of a vision impaired child aged under 16 and one for those with a child aged 16 and over.
